Jim Temple Construction, Inc. is a Florida State Licensed General Contractor (License #CGC012270)primarily engaged in negotiated contract residential and commercial projects as well as renovations/additions and repairs. We have been building in the North Florida area since 1979.
Jim Temple Construction, Inc. is family-owned and operated in Keystone Heights, Florida. Since our company opened its doors over thirty years ago, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Our services come with a personal touch and the quality construction you expect.
Jim Temple Construction has designed and built many custom homes and custom additions to homes in North Florida (Alachua, Bradford, Clay, Putnam, Marion, and Duval Counties). These projects have ranged in size from under 1000 sf to over 4000 sf of heated area.

House Plans: We will help you to develop your new home design (or addition to existing home) while taking all of your ideas into consideration. We will draw your plans for you based on your preferences.
Building Your New Home: We consider our contractor/client relationship to be very important during the construction phase. We will meet with you on the job site at your convenience to go over details or concerns.
Customer Satisfaction: We will provide you with a list of satisfied customers that you may call.
